Role overview

• Lead the organizational unit in technical and personnel matters and are also financially responsible

• Manage the semi-automated clothing maintenance process and manage various textile components

• Ensure the smooth running of the molding process plant and continuously check the performance provided for effectiveness and efficiency

• Social institutions and their specialist staff, who carry out internal and external maintenance contracts for us, provide technical advice and support

• Ensure compliance with labour, health and safety regulations in the field and company environmental protection regulations

• Advise, accompany and supervise the clientele (troop, third parties, etc.) as well as plan the necessary specialist staff for the recruiter stowage and ensure their use

• Training as a tailor or completed vocational apprenticeship with further training in the textile or clothing sector at the Federal level. Professional certificate, workshop manager, master examination or higher professional examination

• Several years of management experience in an equivalent capacity as well as specialist experience in the textile sector

• Computer Science Knowledge (MS Office, SAP)

• Knowledge of a second official language is advantageous
