Company and context
- Real Estate & Space Management: Manage site layout and space utilization; plan and execute office renovation or reorganization projects.
- Maintain lease agreements and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
- GMP Service & Hygiene Management: Oversee Plant Service Cleaning to ensure production and lab areas meet strict cleanliness classifications (ISO/GMP standards).
- Manage GMP garment services and Pest Control programs.
- Employee Services (Hospitality): Manage the Canteen and Catering services, ensuring food safety, quality, and variety for employees.
- Oversee other site amenities such as shuttle buses, green maintenance, and reception services.
- Waste Management & Environmental Strategy: Manage the collection, storage, and disposal of all site waste in compliance with local laws.
- Lead initiatives such as zero-waste-to-landfill to reduce the site's environmental footprint.
- Vendor Partnership & Contract Management: Act as the primary contract owner for large Integrated Facility Management (IFM) providers.
- Foster a "One Team" culture aligned with Roche values and safety standards.
