• You lead the field of production planning and goods scheduling, ensuring excellent delivery readiness and minimising surpluses efficiently. • You are responsible for the personnel and professional management of 10 employees and ensure their further development based on target agreements and employee discussions. You are responsible for the raw material and packaging stocks for the entire Ostermundigen site, including external warehouses. You are actively involved in projects when it comes to new launches, relaunches or product transfers. • You act as a contact person for internal and cross-location topics in the area of planning and procurement. • You have completed your studies (FH/HF/uni) in food technology, business administration (focus on supply chain / logistics) or industrial engineering. • You bring mind. 5 years of professional experience in production planning, scheduling/materials management or supply chain management. You have strong leadership experience from medium-sized teams. • Ideally, you will have experience in the food manufacturing industry or a comparable environment. • You are familiar with industry-specific requirements (HACCP, traceability, etc.) and feel comfortable in dealing with ERP systems and the M365 landscape. You will bring negotiable German and fluent English skills.
