Role overview

We are looking for an appointment This will help you to support the Head of Division in the leadership of the team and take over the representation in their absence.

In this responsible function, a team of around 25 employees will lead you.

You will continuously ensure professional expertise based on the vision, strategy and objectives of the OP-Zentrum and the acute hospital.

They implement innovations and development projects and implement them successfully.

Ensuring patient-oriented and professional-group-wide workflows and processes is very important to you.

Together with the department management, plan and organize the demanding workflows and perform them competently.

In addition to the varied and responsible leadership tasks, your team also supports you in the direct OP everyday.
