Main responsibilities
- You lead your team of 7 employees professionally, personnel and develop it further.
- You ensure that structures, processes and responsibilities enable efficient operations and create sufficient capacity for projects.
- You prioritize requirements from clinic, operations and projects and ensure a balanced interaction between demand and capacity.
- They ensure that regulatory requirements and quality and safety standards are met in the operation and development of clinical systems.
- You are actively involved in day-to-day business and take on a leading role in complex topics and projects. Profile:
- Completed studies in medical informatics or comparable university education with several years of professional experience in the field of medical informatics.
- Several years of leadership experience as well as pleasure in promoting people and developing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical processes and experience with clinical information systems
- Good knowledge of relevant integration and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM.
- Familiar with regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector, in particular MepV/MDR as well as the associated quality and documentation requirements.
