- Lösungsorientiertes Handeln verbindest du mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis und Sicherheit in strategischen wie operativen Fragestellungen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitsintegration, berufliche Neuorientierung, idealerweise im regulatorischen Kontext, Stellenverlust sowie GAV- und RAV-relevante Themen zeichnen dich aus.
- Vernetztes Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Umsetzungsstärke helfen dir, auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten und Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Ein Hochschulabschluss sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sehr gute Französisch- und Italienischkenntnisse (mind. C1) runden dein Profil ab; Coaching-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.

- In this key role, you will actively shape the professional reorientation of employees following reorganizations and make an important contribution to SBB's social responsibility.
- As a member of the “Labor Market Center and SBB Anyway” management team, you combine strategic development with operational management and shape the future of the job center throughout Switzerland.

- You manage the job center across the three language regions, act as deputy for your superiors and head of the labor market center and SBB Anyway and promote effective cooperation in the entire area.
- With empathy and clarity, you support employees after reorganizations and develop sustainable professional prospects within and outside of SBB.
- You ensure the implementation of the applicable GAV regulations and conduct demanding personnel discussions and personnel decisions in a respectful and solution-oriented manner.
- Together with the case manager, you coordinate internal operations, conduct site discussions and ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
- Through close networking with reorganization projects within SBB, you strengthen the cooperation of all relevant stakeholders.
- You will be involved in the financial management of the organizational unit and will be actively involved in the strategic and conceptual development of the job center.
