Key requirements

- Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes Stakeholder‑Management sowie ein regionales Netzwerk (Region Mitte BS/BE) und bindest Anspruchsgruppen proaktiv in Entwicklungsprozesse ein, sodass Herausforderungen erfolgreich gelöst werden.
- Du bringst Management- und Leadership-Kompetenzen mit, die du in der Zusammenarbeit mit Team- und Gesamtprojektleitenden weiterentwickelst.
- Ein FH/Uni-Abschluss in Raumplanung, Geografie, Real Estate, Immobilienentwicklung oder -management sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in Bau und Betriebswirtschaft.
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Immobilienentwicklung mit Projekten im Investitionsvolumen ab 5 Millionen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Sondernutzungsplanung und den SIA-Phasen der Planung und Umsetzung.
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch, Italienischkenntnisse (mind. B2) und idealerweise Französischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
