Main responsibilities
- As a team leader, you lead the department in accordance with the performance mandate and objectives in collaboration with the department management.
- You are responsible for the leadership of several employees from different professional groups of the nursing team and act as their deputy in the absence of the department head
- Thanks to your far-sighted and reflective personality, you are actively involved in various projects and are significantly involved in their implementation
