- Experience in managing maintenance, conversion and refurbishment projects
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and investment planning is beneficial
- Very good organizational and conceptual skills as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Strong service, communication capability and a secure and profitable presence
