- For our department of technology we are looking for a manager / in house technology manager / in house technology 80-100% This is what you do: Leadership and leadership of the building technology team after in-depth training: Responsibility for the management, organization and coordination of the employees of the building technology department
- Ensure the proper functioning of the hospital’s technical infrastructure in cooperation with the technical team, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, sanitary, elevator installation and building automation
- Planning and coordination of maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, revisions and optimisations of the technical infrastructure
- Communication and cooperation: contact person for his own area of expertise, close cooperation with other departments (e.g. buildings and areas), cooperation and coordination in projects
- Documentation and reporting: Ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation of all technical installations, maintenance and repair protocols, as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
