You will lead the department operationally according to business principles and implement the defined company and market performance processes• You support and develop employees, including the implementation of employee and holiday planning as well as horizontal support (TOJ)• You ensure compliance with internal and legal QS and ASIB guidelines as well as implementation of internal regulations and instructions.
You maintain the flow of information and communication within the department, market and MCM• You build a relationship network with our customers• You are responsible for the daily sales readiness and presentation of goods, the implementation of sales activities according to annual sales planning and ensuring the availability of goods Requirements
Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion mit• Du hast Freude am aktiven Kundenkontakt• Du bist versiert mit der MS Office-Palette• Dich begeistern neue Herausforderungen• Du sprichst einwandfrei Deutsch• Von Vorteil hast du bereits den Stapler- und/oder Deichselgerätausbildung (SUVA-Norm)
