- Ensure and further develop quality assurance and transparency of quantitative analyses and calculations
- Represented in parliamentary commissions, media and the public
- Actively shape the official culture in the function as business unit manager Anticipating developments that could become important for social security and social policy University degree (ideally doctorate) in economics, mathematics, statistics or a comparable subject area Very good knowledge of the social security and political system of Switzerland; in particular the AHV and IV, as well as the associated political, social and economic challenges
- Motivating leader with strong social skills and several years of professional experience in an equivalent capacity
- Great experience in the data-based analysis and development of projection models, as well as in the comprehensible conveyance of complex content
- Strength of communication and secure presence in exchange with politicians, administration and other stakeholders
- Experience in project management and decision-making processes
- Very good knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third official language as well as good knowledge of English
