- Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Ensure proper care of patients in the units for which you are responsible, using a patient-family-centred approach Leadership of staff

Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Ensure proper care of patients in the units for which you are responsible, using a patient-family-centred approach Leadership of staff
- Lead and accompany the team to promote its development and reflexive practice
- Planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of units' activities
- Provide team coaching focused on clinical support by ensuring good practice monitoring
- Promote and practice interprofessional collaboration

- Planning and conducting staff appraisal interviews
- Ensure good transmission of up, down and horizontal information with all partners
- Initiate and conduct practice analyses in the unit to improve the quality of care, patient care and work processes. Your assets
- With a HES degree in nursing, you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in hospital care.
- An experience in surgery and a proven experience in management are assets.
- You also have Level 1 management training or are ready to take it.
