Main responsibilities

- Achieving the defined KPI (productivity, quality, adherence to deadlines, costs) is in your hands, as is strict compliance with all work, safety and legal requirements.
- In addition to managing your cost centers and budget control, you actively promote the operational implementation of projects for continuous process and cost optimization.
- According to SLA, you ensure the functionality of the order and delivery plans and coordinate the smooth cooperation with internal interfaces, service providers and transport partners.
- In addition, you support the management in logistics strategies, equipment technology and IKS, accompanying inventories and keep work instructions and process documentation up-to-date. Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics, supplemented by further training (HF/specialised certificate or comparable)
- Several years of management experience in operational logistics with sound practice in order picking, packaging, shipping and deployment planning

- Experienced handling of WMS, ERP and MS Office applications as well as proven experience in KPI control and process optimization
