- In close cooperation with internal departments, ICT management and external partners, you actively shape the technological development of our organization. Your tasks
- You lead the System Engineering team professionally and in terms of personnel and promote the continuous development of your employees
- You are responsible for the stable, secure and economical operation of the entire ICT infrastructure
- You support the system and infrastructure strategy in coordination with the infrastructure management and implement it together with your team
- Ensure the availability, performance, stability and security of ICT systems
- You are responsible for the operation and further development of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID)
- Ensure reliable operation of virtualization, storage, backup and recovery solutions
- You coordinate cooperation with internal departments, external service providers and suppliers
- You will evaluate new technologies, identify potential for optimization and drive the standardization and automation of the ICT infrastructure
- You support your team with complex technical issues and escalations in 2nd and 3rd level support
