Tasks

• The opening and closing of the branch is your responsibility.
• You implement the security concepts in the house.
• You ensure a smooth technical operation, monitor repairs and maintenance and coordinate them.
• You do smaller technical work independently, organize and accompany external craftsmen.
• You are responsible for order and cleanliness in the sales office and on the property. Requirements
• A completed basic education as a housekeeper:in or a craft area bring you with you.

• Your professional experience is a special feature of your work experience.
• You will be able to bring with you very good German language skills in word and writing.
• You will be able to show flexibility in terms of time spent.
• The cooperation with people and the teamwork is a pleasure.
