Main vocational trainers: in AGS, FaGe, HF from 80% cross-location from January 2027 or by agreement We offer adult people in need of support a perspective in an environment where they feel secure and where they are cared for individually and professionally. This can only be achieved by working together. We have our own night team. So you only work from early to late. The nights take over others. With our two pool models, we create flexibility in operational planning and relieve permanent employees. So that free days really remain free. We trust you. Your place of work

How you work

• You accompany and monitor the learning process of HF students, health specialists and assistants: in health and social affairs
• You design the training sequences in practice using the KoRe method and the training manual of the OdASanté resp. OdA Savoirsocial and the training foundations of the BBV
• You plan and carry out practical learning sequences and link theory and practice
• You support the learners and students in their daily work and take into account their training status and their current theoretical knowledge.
• You participate in the internal TT lessons incl. Preparation and follow-up
• You conduct regular location and trial time calls
• You help select new learners
• You are an important contact person for training issues and work closely with the training team and the living area management

What makes you

• You have completed training as a tertiary nurse with at least three years of experience in vocational training
• You have a diploma for vocational trainers: women in teaching companies (100 hours) or an equivalent further education
• You bring enthusiasm, impart knowledge and promote people
• You have good professional and vocational skills
• You can show good IT user knowledge
• You are willing to change, solution-oriented and reliable and enjoy dealing with our learners and HF students
