Introduction

For our Supplies section in our "barlets" line, we are looking for a (M/F) Group Manager whose main mission will be to size resources and manage the activities of a team of more than 35 people.

Responsibilities

• Federate and develop a team of 35 people
• Ensuring the achievement of quality, timeliness, cost, productivity and safety objectives
• Define resources and analyse performance indicators
• Develop and manage the group's operating budget
• Ensure compliance with safety and other company standards
• Work closely with transversal teams
• Promoting and challenging continuous improvement
• Participate in defining its perimeter strategy

Profile

• HES engineer, ES technician in business process or equivalent
• Experience confirmed in a production environment
• Ability to federate and motivate a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
• Natural leadership, power of proposal and autonomy in decision-making
• Communication, listening and empathy
