In order to strengthen our personal insurance services area, we are looking for a group leader in training personal insurance & quality. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists and assume a key role in the further development of competencies, ensuring high quality standards and harmonising professional working methods within the area The following exciting tasks await you: · You will lead, accompany and develop a team of trainers and specialists in the area of training & quality

• They organize the activities of the team, ensure optimal resource planning according to operational priorities and take over administrative coordination
• They identify the training needs and the technical specifications of the various units and coordinate the corresponding measures with the specialists and managers
• They continuously develop the training and further education offers as well as the corresponding training documents and at the same time ensure a high quality of the onboarding and integration processes.
• They lead projects to improve the learning experience and the efficiency of training measures
• They participate in the preparation and further development of professional guidelines and ensure harmonisation of practices within the division
• They accompany the teams in the implementation of professional specifications and ensure efficient communication and implementation of regulatory and organizational changes.
• You control the activities in the area of quality control and monitoring and support the managers in the analysis of the results and in the definition of improvement measures
• They actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, services and quality standards
• With your leadership, expertise and ability to inspire teams to achieve common goals, you make an important contribution to the success of Vaudoise This is what distinguishes you:
• Higher education or equivalent professional experience in insurance, training or management
• Several years of in-depth experience in the area of personal insurance, ideally in the areas of UVG and/or sickness allowance
• German as a mother tongue and very good knowledge of French (C1)
• Successful leadership experience and the ability to accompany employees in a changing environment and actively shape change
• Strong interest in knowledge transfer and skills development
• Very good analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Strong quality awareness, solution orientation and enjoyment of working with different contacts
