Introduction For our Roughings sector, we are looking for a Group Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to manage the portfolio of acquisition and innovation projects in the sector, while supervising the team and guaranteeing the progress of the projects while respecting the fundamentals of the company.

- Management of the acquisition portfolio Multi-technology drafts
- Supervision of cross-functional innovation projects in the Drafts sector
Main responsibilities
- Management of the acquisition portfolio Multi-technology drafts
- Supervision of cross-functional innovation projects in the Drafts sector
- Dynamization of projects through relationships with our internal services
- Regular and factual reporting of the progress of projects
- Individual monitoring of team collaborators
- Development of team spirit and common standards
- Responsible for respecting company fundamentals Profile
- Higher training in engineering, microtechnology, mechanics or equivalent field

- Experience managerial experience of at least 3 years in multidisciplinary team management, supplemented by experience in leading technological or organizational projects
- Mastery of project management tools, with good knowledge of the precision mechanical industry and generic LEAN principles
- Strong customer-supplier orientation, very good communication skills and sense of negotiation
- Natural leadership, ability to motivate and unite a team
