- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the electrical field
Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the Electrical Group as well as the promotion and further development of employees and apprentices
- Responsibility for the safe, economical and trouble-free operation of the electrical infrastructure
- Active participation in demanding installation, troubleshooting and maintenance work
- Planning and implementation of maintenance, repair and optimization measures
- Ensuring the availability and operational safety of high and low voltage systems as well as other electrical systems
- Supporting infrastructure and electrical projects and making optimization suggestions
- Responsibility for the training of our apprentice electricians EFZ Participation in on-call duty as planned Requirements
- Training as an EFZ electrician with further training in electrical project management or a comparable qualification Vocational trainer course is an advantage
- Several years of professional and management experience in the electrical sector
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems, standards and regulations (NIV, NIN, ESTI, SUVA etc.)
