For a long-term and technologically demanding transformation program, we are looking for two experienced product and service managers for our customer from Bern.

These roles focus on the continuous improvement of user experience, service quality and business value. Depending on your role, you take responsibility for product strategies, service portfolios, service processes or the further development of digital services.

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of product and service strategies
• Establishment and further development of service portfolios and roadmaps
• Definition and prioritization of requirements, initiatives and improvement measures
• Design and implementation of modern service management processes
• Stakeholder management and coordination with departments and technical teams
• Definition of service levels, KPIs and governance structures
• Establishment and further development of service organizations and service desks
• Promoting innovation and continuous improvement

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a product manager, service manager or in a comparable role
• Experience in Service Management, Digital Workplace or Collaboration Services
• Knowledge of product strategy, roadmaps and portfolio management
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable platforms is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder and communication capability
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good knowledge of German
• Proper reputation is mandatory
