You can make this contribution

• Together develop the portfolio for the cyber and electromagnetic space (CER) as well as the information and communication technology (ICT) in the command cyber

• Under Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) according to SAFe, manage the assigned sub-portfolio CER/ICT, create analyses and planning variants related to the strategy and development of the Cyber command and make decisions in the relevant committees

• Support the management team and departments in the introduction of SAFe and LPM

• Plan, manage and implement the assigned work in the portfolio management department

This makes you unique

• degree in business administration, business informatics or a similar subject, and several years of experience in a leading specialist or management function

• Experience in the application of ailloric methods and collaboration tools such as Jira and Co-Rive, SPC and/or LPM certifications with readiness to continuously develop them

• Ability to manage resources in the areas of finance, personnel and risk

• Ability to switch between strategic thinking and operational action depending on the context, to specifically combine both perspectives and to act responsibly, flexibly and analytically

• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and if possible passive knowledge of a third official language
