For our clients from the financial industry in Bern, we are looking for a:n experienced:n, motivated:n and open-minded:n People Attraction Manager.

As part of the People Attraction Team, you shape tomorrow’s recruiting experiences. You are not only recruiter:in, but strategic:r partner:in for our leaders and actively contribute to the future viability of our customer. With data-driven decisions, innovative formats and a clear focus on the candidate journey, you ensure that the right talent can be gained in a dynamic job market.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for sourcing and recruitment along the Candidate Journey End to End
• You are the central contact person for managers in all recruitment questions and accompany them along all touchpoints (including order clarification, selection and interview design)
• You ensure that the candidate journey is efficient and experience-oriented and actively contribute input to optimization
• You use digital solutions and analytics to speed up recruiting processes, design them positively and manage them data-based
• You will support you in recruiting training and provide best practices for modern recruitment

Your profile

• Several years of experience in recruitment and passion for contemporary recruitment
• Enjoyment in the further development of modern recruitment and the courage to break new ground
• Affinity and understanding for AI, automation and digitalization
• Knowledge of agile working methods and collaborative working style
• Decision-making and proactive behavior
• Excellent knowledge of German, good knowledge of French advantageous
