Portrait The Eriz School is a rural school with a family character. A total of 38 children are taught in a basic and a multi-year primary class. As a result of retirement of the previous job owner, we are looking for 1. August 2027 a new school management.
Tasks
They take over the educational and operational management of the school. They are responsible for organizational design, human resources management, teaching development, communication and quality management. A school secretariat supports you in the administrative area.
Requirements
They have completed school management training or are willing to complete it. They are familiar with the primary education system in the Canton of Bern and ideally bring several years of professional experience as a teacher. They have leadership skills and a high level of social skills. You are an organizational talent with an administrative flair. They have visions and design ideas for school development.
