- You are responsible for 1st/2nd level support for SAP key users and users according to the Incident process (Jira) with focus on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as for cross-sectoral topics
- You support the SAP basic team in system monitoring (monitoring), SAP user management as well as other operational tasks

- You are responsible for 1st/2nd level support for SAP key users and users according to the Incident process (Jira) with focus on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as for cross-sectoral topics
- You support the SAP basic team in system monitoring (monitoring), SAP user management as well as other operational tasks
- You start, pick and update documentation to ensure the know-how transfer
- You coordinate the cooperation with internal stakeholder groups as well as external partners and service providers Requirements
- You have completed IT training and/or comparable training
- You have several years of experience as SAP module maintainer or manager.
- Supporters (SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA) in the mentioned modules and topics with
- Ideally you have experience in the retail environment
- you work solution-oriented and convince by a strong service and service idea
- you communicate proactively and addressate-oriented with different stakeholders What we offer

- Du kommunizierst proaktiv und adressatengerecht mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
