You can make this contribution
- Lead the Operational Services Management team at Defence Platform and manage its strategic and operational development
- Design, optimize and ensure the effective application of ITIL processes (change, deployment, release, knowledge, service catalogue management)
- Leading the disciplines Lifecycle and Collection Management
- Prioritize the team backlog, record requirements from operations, customer needs and governance and coordinate their implementation according to agile principles
- Promote cooperation between customers, service owners and operational and development teams and drive the further development of ITSM tools
This makes you unique
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field (HF/FH) as well as several years of experience in IT service management
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL v4 as well as experience in IT service management and definition, implementation and further development
- Experience as a product owner and agile working methods according to Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Experience with modern ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow) as well as a good understanding of complex IT infrastructures and operational processes
- High communication and leadership strength, pronounced team orientation and a high level of service and customer understanding in order to be able to act as a bridge builder between operation, development and governance
- Good knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English
