• Your attitude is appreciative and respectful towards the people entrusted to us
• Your understanding of care and care is resident-centered and oriented to people’s needs.
• You can design everyday care services according to concepts of biography work
• Your understanding of care is modern and you are familiar with the principles of validation
• We need employees who want to get involved, co-develop, co-create and promote a new construction
