Their tasks

• Active selling and taking care beds according to given KPI’s
• Daily management of the establishment plan and the roster based on current occupancy
• Active leadership, empowerment and development of direct subordinates in accordance with our management principles
• Sustainable implementation of concepts and standards
• Ongoing review, adaptation and implementation of the competitive strategy

Your profile

• Completed management training at tertiary level. Further education in gerontology desired
• Proven leadership experience in a comparable position
• Good behaviour, negotiating skills, discourse and consensus
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Business skills
• Control with key figures
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoying multiple challenges
• Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing as well as French and/or Italian skills of advantage
