Company and context
- overall responsibility for the management and organization of the branch according to the strategy, the higher-level POS requirements as well as the sales principles
- leadership of the subordinated cadres according to the management principles and along the core KPI
- promotion and development of the cadres and employees of the branch
- implementation of marketing measures and seasonal topics in the branch
- ongoing exchange with the central teams in the areas of purchasing, marketing, logistics, HR and finance
- responsibility for the achievement of the core KPI of the branch (sales targets,
- Profitcenter etc.), whose analysis and derivation of the necessary measures
- forerunner and further development of our sales and service culture analysis of sales and cost development
- maintenance of contacts with other dealers and authorities at the branch location
