Real estate is your passion? With us, you take responsibility for a diverse portfolio, conduct contract negotiations with business and housing tenants and maintain direct exchange with various stakeholders. You also represent Migros Aare in tenant associations and floor owners’ meetings.

Mansioni

• You independently supervise a real estate portfolio assigned to you and ensure professional management
• You support the rental, conduct lease contract negotiations, draw up lease contracts and supplements and process sales rental interest reports
• You manage leases of leased properties and coordinate the cooperation between landlords, partner tenants and owners
• You prepare information and decision bases and thus support informed decisions
• You create ancillary cost statements, ensure their quality and keep an eye on appointments.You represent Migros Aare as owner, landlady or tenant in tenant associations and floor owners meetings
• You are responsible for the annual budget planning and carry out the monthly final controlling
• You participate in conversion and renovation projects and accompany their implementation from the point of view of real estate management

Requirements

• Professional experience: property management
• Completed basic or further education: as a businesswoman / businessman with further education in real estate management
• Thanks to your calm and thoughtful nature, you can also keep track of complex and hectic situations.
• With your strong communication and negotiation skills, you convince different stakeholders and maintain a cooperative partnership.
• You convince through your talent in building and maintaining sustainable relationships
• Even with a high workload, you work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way.
• Team spirit, commitment and cooperative cooperation distinguish you
• You have a category B driving licence
• in German (negotiation certain)
