In this versatile function, you manage several objects on site and are the contact person for our customers.

Your tasks include

• Operation and maintenance of several technical and infrastructural properties.
• Small repair work on house equipment and facilities.
• Coordination and control of external craftsmen in maintenance and renovation work.
• Creating offers for our customers.
• Assist in organizing and implementing projects.
• Support for technical and organizational issues.
• Contact person for owners, administration, tenants, authorities, neighbours and internal bodies on technical issues.
• Maintenance and maintenance of building and outdoor facilities.
• carrying out cleaning and environmental work.
• Ensure the proper appearance of the property.
• Picetting service missions.

Requirements

You live service and work with conviction for quality and reliability. You bring with you:

• Completed training as a professional:woman maintenance/housekeeper (or similar training).
• Several years of professional experience in the infrastructural/housekeepers sector.
• Technical know-how is mandatory.
• Knowledge of fire detection/sprinkler systems and building control system.
• Independent, structured working methods and a sense of responsibility.
• Strong service mentality and organisational talent.
• Solution-oriented thinking and openness to administrative tasks.
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as English skills are advantageous
• Affinity and joy in digital work
• Readiness for Picetting Operations
• Valid driving licence Cat B and residence in the Bern region
