Do you want to be responsible for challenging ICT projects from the idea to the successful introduction and actively participate in an agile organization? Then at Galenica IT you can expect a versatile task at the interface between business, IT, value streams, platform services and external partners. Depending on your experience and the assumed project responsibility, the classification as a professional or senior takes place.
You can do that.
- You lead ICT projects from initialization to successful transfer to operation.
- You are responsible for project goals, scope, deadlines, quality, costs, resources and risks.
- You control project budgets, which can range from several 100,000 CHF depending on the project.
- You will lead interdisciplinary project teams professionally and coordinate internal and external partners.
- You’ll work closely with our value streams, platform and product teams, and divisions.
- You create transparency through professional reporting and prepare decisions for clients and management.
- You will moderate workshops and project committees and accompany changes up to sustainable anchoring.
- You are proactive in the further development of our project management standards, methods and governance.
You bring that with you
- Higher degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in managing ICT projects
- Good knowledge of classical, agile and hybrid project management methods, SAFe is an advantage
- Experience in stakeholder, risk, change and supplier management
- Strong communication, moderation and problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working method
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- We expect a recognized project management certification (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or HERMES).
