As a vocational trainer, you are close to our learners and accompany them individually through their training.

You promote their strengths, provide orientation and create an environment in which they can grow and take on responsibility.

You are not alone: you work closely with the nursing team, those responsible for education and family members.

Together you will ensure that training not only works for us, but that it really inspires you.

You will become part of an open, modern educational team that travels across locations in Bern West.

Requirements

Training at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
Further training in vocational education SVEB certificate trainer (or equivalent training within the framework of 300 hours, or willingness to complete this)
At least 2 years of experience in nursing
High pedagogical competence
Empathy and joy in accompanying learners
Quality awareness, organizational talent and a reflected, open personality We offer:
