- You are responsible for the smooth organization of your Coop Pronto shop and guarantee the implementation of the high standards of Coop Pronto
- You successfully carry out the financial tasks including controlling the business key figures of a Coop Pronto shop
- They take care of the goods management (orders, goods incoming controls and goods maintenance)
- They sell the products, advise customers: inside and maintain the gas station (if available)
- They ensure compliance, enforcement and control of the legal provisions on quality assurance, youth protection and occupational safety
- They manage the employees: inside: search, recruitment, familiarization, payroll and social benefits as well as compliance with the labour law framework conditions (OR and labour law) Requirements
- You have completed training in the retail trade (or comparable training in sales), preferably in the food retail trade
- You have already gained several years of leadership experience, have a high level of social competence and are an organizational talent
