• Advising and serving our current customers as well as supporting the team customer portfolio in the areas of numbers, savings, investing and provision
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support as well as mediation to the competent specialists
• Perspectives for further development in customer service
• Close cooperation with a dedicated team and active contribution to successful customer support
• Supporting the team in the management and support of our ATMs and ensuring their reliable function for our customers

• Completed banking education or experience in a comparable role in customer advice
• Strong customer- and sales-oriented thinking and acting as well as pleasure in personal customer contact
