Role overview
Your key responsibilities
As a valued member of our Purchasing team, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks across the Receiving & Stores operation.
You inspect all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes, ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
Whenever required, delivered goods are stored appropriately and in accordance with established procedures.
All ordered goods are checked for completeness, and you liaise with suppliers whenever discrepancies arise.
Delivery notes are processed and posted accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibility for issuing stores requisitions to our internal departments forms an integral part of your role.
Internal stock transfers relating to stores issues are recorded accurately and systematically.
By monitoring inventory levels and placing replenishment orders independently, you help ensure the continuous availability of goods.
In addition, you oversee the organisation of the receiving area, including the garage, storage rooms, empty containers, packaging, cleanliness, and materials management.
• What you bring to the job
You have completed vocational training as a Chef or a Restaurant Professional.
Previous experience in an administrative role enables you to work in a structured, organised, and conscientious manner.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Ideally, you have experience working with an inventory management system; knowledge of Kost is considered an advantage.
You have an excellent command of written and spoken English; additional knowledge of Italian or German is an asset.
A high level of commitment, resilience, and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly enable you to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
A professional appearance and courteous, friendly manner complete your profile.

Fixed-term seasonal position from the end of November 2026 to the end of February 2027
Average 5-day working week with 43.5 working hours.
5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year.
