- a university or HES training in business management with specialization in management control, an expert degree in finance and control or an equivalent training;

- a university or HES training in business management with specialization in management control, an expert degree in finance and control or an equivalent training;
- a confirmed experience of at least 5 years in management control, ideally acquired in the health sector;
- a good understanding of cost accounting, REKOLE standards, budgetary processes and financial management mechanisms; a good understanding of the tariff issues of the health system;
- experience or real aptitude for team management and development;
- excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities combined with clear and appropriate communication to different stakeholders;
- a spirit of initiative, strong policy direction and the ability to change practices;
- Mastery of French and good knowledge of German, or vice versa. What will make the difference
