To strengthen our controlling team in Bern, we are looking for an experienced financial business partner by agreement. Financial Business Partners You can move that with us.

• You create and update, together with the operational managers, the project forecasts and the budget of the assigned departments
• You work as a sparring partner closely with the project managers of the region
• You ensure the monthly accounts of the departments incl. Analysis and action plans
• You help to question and optimize “existing” (financial processes, etc.)
• You create ad-hoc analyses/reports for operational or financial management
• You are involved in development and organizational projects

• Proven experience in a similar function, beneficial in the construction industry
• You have an education in business administration or controlling with experience and interest in technical trades
• High interest and understanding in project business / project controlling
• Communicative, proactive and solution-oriented personality with very good consulting skills and a hands-on mentality
• You have rapid comprehension and strong analytical skills
• You master the programs of MS-Office in particular Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus for the project tool SAP Fiori / GUI
