Location: Galenica AG, Untermattweg 8, 3001 Bern
You do not want to simply record figures, but take responsibility and actively improve processes? With us you accompany companies competently through the degrees and ensure a high quality in the ledger. You will work in a seven-person team that supports each other and bring your ideas to the optimization and digitalization of our financial processes.
You can do that.
- You take responsibility in the ledger and prepare the half-year and annual accounts according to IFRS and OR.
- You ensure the quality of the financial statements, record them in the consolidation tool and plausibility of the corresponding information.
- You keep the investment accounting according to Group specifications and book receipts, disposals, sales and depreciation.
- You create the VAT statements and ensure their correct and timely submission and payment.
- You question existing processes, bring in new ideas and use modern tools such as Microsoft Copilot to make processes more efficient.
- You are involved in projects in the financial sector as well as in topics relating to the internal control system. Project participation was already part of the previous listing.
You bring that with you
- You have completed the Swiss certificate in finance and accounting or are currently in the corresponding further education.
- You demonstrably bring your first professional experience in the ledger and are balance sheet and financial statement safe.
- You have in-depth knowledge of IFRS and OR accounting and work routinely with Excel and other MS Office applications.
- You are tech-savvy, enjoy working with SAP-based processes and enjoy trying out and using digital tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- You work exactly and independently, take on responsibility and get involved in labor-intensive final phases.
- You communicate safely in German at level C1
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
