The VZ is the first address for independent financial advice in Switzerland.
In our trainee program, you build a deep understanding of financial decisions, learn about our customer processes in practice and then shape the digital future of our company.
In the first phase, you get to know our core business from the ground up and become an experienced financial consultant:

- Bachelor oder Master (z. B. in Informatik, Data Science oder AI), idealerweise an der ETH.
- Technische Affinität mit grossem Interesse an AI und datengetriebenen Lösungen.
Key requirements
- Bachelor oder Master (z. B. in Informatik, Data Science oder AI), idealerweise an der ETH.
- Technische Affinität mit grossem Interesse an AI und datengetriebenen Lösungen.
- Gute Programmier-Kenntnisse (v.a. TypeScript, Python, SQL) plus Erfahrung mit APIs und Automatisierung. Erfahrung in einem AI nahen Umfeld oder im Tech Consulting ist von Vorteil.
- Analytisches Denken und Interesse an Finanzthemen
- Starke Kommunikation: Du kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich aufbereiten, sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und verstehst Schweizerdeutsch.

- Technical affinity with great interest in AI and data-driven solutions.
- Good programming knowledge (especially TypeScript, Python, SQL) plus experience with APIs and automation.
- Experience in an AI close environment or in tech consulting is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking and interest in financial topics
- Strong communication: You can understand complex content, speak German very well and understand Swiss German.
