Key requirements
- Du hast ein souveränes Auftreten, um die Interessen der Finanzen diplomatisch, aber klar einzubringen und umsetzen zu können und verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf verschiedenen Hierarchie-Stufen bis zur Geschäftsleitung.
- Deine hohe Lösungs- und ambitionierte Umsetzungsorientierung wird mit grosser Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit kombiniert.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Controlling/Finanz- oder Beratungs-Erfahrung, idealerweise im Performance Management. Erste Führungserfahrungen und Kenntnisse von SAP-FI/CO sind von Vorteil.
- Ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches (Fach-)Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen & Controlling, Business Administration, Strategie oder eine gleichwertige Weiterbildung setzen wir voraus.
- In Deutsch kommuniziert du mündlich sowie schriftlich stilsicher (Niveau C2), gute Englischkenntnisses sowie eine weitere Landessprache sind von Vorteil.
