Tasks

• You lead around six employees professionally and in terms of personnel
• You ensure high customer satisfaction
• You carry the budget and earnings responsibility according to defined annual targets
• You promote your employees in a step-by-step manner and ensure their professional competence and the next generation
• You achieve the defined provider and service quota targets in your area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in the retail trade with further training in sales and/or business administration
• You have several years of leadership experience and proven product knowledge in the field of consumer electronics
• You have very good team and communication skills
• Customer- and solution-oriented attitude with strong negotiating skills is a matter of course for you
• You are a flexible, committed and resilient personality and have a goal-oriented and networked mindset
• You master the German language perfectly and communicate stylishly in French and/or Italian
