Their tasks

• Coordination and independent execution of service missions for our Mikron Mill milling machines and spindles
• StepTec
• Creating service reports
• In-depth analysis and diagnosis of recurring error patterns as well as determination of the causes in close cooperation with
• Development and assembly department
• Creation of advanced PLC software diagnostics and detailed error descriptions for the software department
• and assistance in troubleshooting in coordination with them
• Support and support of our sales companies and customers in technical matters in the 2nd level support

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the service of CNC machines
• Very good knowledge of Heidenhain control (from iTNC 530)
• Knowledge of application on CNC milling machines
• Independent and motivated to acquire new knowledge
• Willingness to travel worldwide as required up to 80%
