You will ensure that digital identities and authorizations are managed securely and trustfully at BLS. With your expertise in Identity & Access Management, you will lay the foundation for compliance, stability and protection of our systems. In this way, you will make a significant contribution to a reliable and secure digital future in a networked corporate environment.

• Drive and take responsibility for the further development of our IAM strategy, governance and processes
• Leading projects and sub-projects to successfully put IAM projects into practice
• Advise departments, system managers and IT architects and carry out training sequences in order to anchor know-how in the organization in the long term
• Ensure quality and compliance with accesses and thus create trust
• Implement technical requirements, adjustments and other changes and ensure stable system operation within the team

What you bring to the table

• Several years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including conception and operation
• In-depth technical knowledge of IAM platforms, directory services and interfaces
• Experience and methodological competence to convey complex topics in an understandable way
• Great pleasure in interdisciplinary and cross-departmental cooperation with different stakeholders
• Structured, independent way of working and project management experience
