• Responsibility for the best possible quality of care in the departments
• Support and advice for the care teams in the further development of efficient, effective and resident-oriented care as well as in the implementation of evidence-based care, case guidance, accompanying in complete care situations
• Creation of evidence-based guidelines, concepts, participation in implementation, evaluation and updating.
• Identification of relevant trends and derivation of future fields of action and care models
• Implementation of the company culture according to corporate strategy and mission statement
• 50% of the workload in practice to support the theory-practice transfer, promoting the care process (case and practice discussions)
• Participation in quality assurance / quality management
• Medical visits
• Implementation of mini-training
• Implementation of projects

You bring that with you

• An education as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (tertiary level)
• Ideally Höfa I or Master of Science in Care MSC or APN
• Practical experience
• You are interested in developing and improving the quality of care
• You have a good organizational talent and good PC knowledge
• Your German skills in word and writing are very good
• Joy of helping with the daily care of our residents according to kinesthetic approach
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
