As a specialist support and business analyst (m/f/d), you will be part of an agile Scrum team (according to SAFe).

With its various applications, the team serves the processes “Sizing the railway network” to “Lifecycle and portfolio management” of the SBB infrastructure.

These include, among others, the route and node development plans applications, the network requirements web application, the project requirements application, the expansion and renewal map and the offer expansion application.

Your exchange with various stakeholders and process roles will be correspondingly diverse.

  • With your commitment, you ensure smooth application operation (DevOps) and are significantly involved in the exciting design of the seven software products.
  • As a communicative personality, you ensure the flow of information between management, specialist departments and IT, coordinate technical and professional improvement needs and translate these into concrete user stories, which you accompany through to implementation.
  • In your role, you answer inquiries from 1st level support, are responsible for 2nd level support and proactively coordinate new requirements and change requests between subject matter experts and user representatives.
  • You create and update the corresponding process documentation and training materials for various user groups and also carry out training courses if necessary.

Key requirements

  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, das Kommunizieren auf verschiedenen Ebenen fällt dir leicht und die Zusammenarbeit in Software- und Fachteams bereitet dir Freude.
  • Du bringst sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe IT-Affinität mit.
  • In neue und komplexe Themen kannst du dich rasch einarbeiten. Zudem bist du sowohl fachlich wie auch technisch auf dem Laufenden und hälst dich mit Weiterbildungen auf dem neusten Stand.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Informatikbereich oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit vertieftem IT-Interesse, z.B. als Anwender-Fachsupport, wird vorausgesetzt.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse (C2). Weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch oder Italienisch (B1) sind von Vorteil.
