Our patient and performance management (PLM) covers all administrative aspects from hospital entry to exit, via performance recording, billing and management of the complete cost-benefit language process. For our dynamic and agile team, we are looking for a committed personality who is ready to tackle the exciting challenges with full commitment. In the role of specialist / specialist, you make a significant contribution to analyze and optimize our processes, work in an interdisciplinary manner and share your knowledge within the team. In this way, you make a valuable contribution to the quality and efficiency of our processes and strengthen cooperation between different specialist areas. You also strengthen our team in the monthly billing process.

Your tasks

• Together with the team, you are responsible for the timely and correct billing of outpatient, semi-inpatient and inpatient patient services.
• You carry out the monthly final theses (proceeds accruals, validations, reporting, etc.)
• You support the annual work and ensure its careful and timely implementation
• In addition, you participate in the implementation and further development of the internal control system (ICS)
• Together with the team, you will identify and realize process optimizations and develop new, efficient solutions
• You create and maintain documentation and ensure high quality and data integrity through targeted controls
• You work closely with various internal and external interfaces and thus contribute to efficient and reliable financial processes

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
• You are motivated and have a pronounced IT affinity as well as interest in cooperation in projects and in digitalization processes
• You can quickly imagine new application landscapes and proactively design process optimizations
• You are characterized by your own high level of initiative, networked thinking skills and rapid comprehension.
• Service orientation, communication skills and enjoyment of a dynamic environment are among your strengths
• Practical experience with the SAP system is an advantage
