Are you interested in guidance systems and digital event information in public transport? Do you want to further develop technical systems and at the same time keep an eye on their benefits for operational operations? In this versatile specialist role, you shape the further development of our control systems and ensure reliable and targeted event information. In this way, you make an important contribution to an efficient, networked and sustainable public transport operation.

You can do that.

• In this exciting function, you are the central contact person for the control systems from PostBus.

• Together with your teammates, you ensure the continuous development of the information systems and basics.

• You develop, prioritize and represent the specialist requirements for the systems of the control centers vis-à-vis IT, specialist committees and the public transport industry.

• You will also analyze specialist concepts for the further development of operational processes and develop practical standards.

• You coordinate technical tests as well as technical acceptance of releases, system adjustments or new introductions.

• You manage or support internal and external projects, create user documentation and train users.

You bring that with you

• You have an education at tertiary level – such as an FH degree, a higher technical school (HF) or an equivalent qualification – in the field of economics or business informatics and combine analytical thinking with technical understanding to design efficient processes and innovative solutions.

• You show great interest in public transport and ideally have already gained experience in the field of control systems.

• You have successfully acquired your project knowledge in the IT environment in your previous activities.

• You are conceptually strong and succeed in understanding complex technical relationships and optimizing data flows and existing processes.

• You communicate very well verbally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge in French
