• You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR and ensure timely and high-quality financial reporting
• You bring in ideas and actively drive the automation, digitalization and optimization of financial processes
• Together with the team management, you take on professional responsibility and support with your know-how in challenging special topics
• You participate in cross-divisional projects and ensure that financial aspects are taken into account at all times

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience: in a comparable position
• Eidg. Professional card: as a specialist in finance and accounting or comparable course of education via university of applied sciences/university
• You keep the big picture in view even in complex situations, bring innovative ideas and present them convincingly
• You critically question existing processes, develop suggestions for optimization and consistently implement improvements
• With your open and winning nature, you actively contribute to a positive and appreciative team culture.
• You have a high IT affinity and move confidently in SAP and the MS Office applications, especially Excel
• You work independently, show your own initiative and convince through a structured and reliable working method
• in German (negotiation confident)
